Transforming Administrative Facilities at Central Coast Grammar School
Baker Built was engaged by Central Coast Grammar School to undertake a detailed refurbishment of its Administration Building. The goal was to create a more functional, comfortable, and professional space for staff, support services, and student-facing roles.
Working in a live school environment, our team managed the demolition and reconstruction of internal spaces to suit new layouts, alongside the integration of upgraded mechanical, electrical, and interior finishes — all aligned with architectural specifications. The finished space reflects a refined blend of functionality and modern design, tailored to the needs of a contemporary educational environment.

About The Project
Admin Building Refurbishment at Central Coast Grammar School
The project involved a full internal fit-out of the school’s administration hub. This included demolition works, new wall construction, glass partitioning, and the integration of custom joinery throughout staff kitchens and boardroom kitchenette spaces. Flooring was upgraded using acoustic-backed Ecofelt carpet tiles, and the glazing received custom CCGS frosted film.
Mechanical works offered a choice of air conditioning systems, while electrical upgrades delivered new LED lighting, power and data throughout. Two kitchen areas were fully plumbed, and finishing touches included internal painting, splashback tiling, and a full builders clean upon completion — showcasing Baker Built’s ability to coordinate across multiple trades with precision.
