Multi-Stage Relocation Managed to Educational Standards

Baker Built was engaged by Central Coast Grammar School to manage the internal relocation of six portable buildings on school grounds. The project required careful disassembly, crane transport, and reinstallation — all completed during the school term break to avoid operational disruption.

Detailed site preparations were undertaken to mark building footprints and install new footings. Buildings were separated, lifted via crane, and relocated with precision using Waters Cranes. Each demountable was then reconnected, reassembled, and finished to match original conditions — including reinstating stairs, handrails, trims, carpet, and services.

This complex logistical task was executed to a high standard, incorporating engineering compliance, stakeholder coordination, and safe, efficient site management.
