A rural access upgrade that brings together robust infrastructure and natural materials — this project features sandstone retaining, a timber bridge and fencing, all crafted to integrate with the property’s bushland surrounds while ensuring reliable, long-term functionality.
Set on a sloping acreage in Holgate, this project required a full reconstruction of the property’s entry and driveway.
The new concrete access road winds through native bushland, supported by large-format sandstone retaining walls and finished with functional drainage stone. A custom-built timber bridge spans the creek, connecting the upper and lower zones of the site, while new post-and-rail fencing was installed for safety and boundary definition.
The end result is a seamless blend of structural integrity and rural charm — built to withstand heavy use and the Central Coast elements.
