Coastal Living, Reimagined
The scope of works included major structural changes — from removing the original roof and internal load-bearing walls, to re-pitching the beachside roofline for elevated views and architectural impact. A three-storey residential lift was seamlessly integrated into the new design, offering accessible living without compromising on style.
A new triple garage was added to the property, topped with a rooftop alfresco entertaining area that captures stunning panoramic ocean views — now a standout feature of the home.
Comfort, Performance & Sustainability
Internally, the home was upgraded with underfloor heating and split-system HVAC throughout, ensuring year-round comfort and energy efficiency. To improve water management, a 5,000-litre stormwater retention tank was installed alongside a Colorbond Ultra roof and custom box gutters for long-term durability.
Sustainability was a key priority, with the addition of a solar power system and battery storage to reduce environmental impact and promote energy independence.
Thoughtful Design Inside & Out
Natural light floods the home through multiple skylights and new architecturally designed, acoustically rated windows and sliding doors — improving thermal efficiency while framing breathtaking coastal views
Custom timber joinery was used throughout the kitchen, butler’s pantry, kitchenette, and ensuites, infusing the home with warmth and a refined, relaxed coastal feel.
Externally, a new cantilevered balcony facing east was added to catch the morning sun — ideal for quiet coffee moments or breakfast with a view. Outdoor living is further enhanced through seamless indoor–outdoor flow.

Baker Excavations handled all external works, including structural retaining, new driveways and footpaths, and feature planter boxes that soften the built form and connect the home to its natural surroundings.
